NOTICE OF PRIVACY

The protection of your personal data is very important to IBS de México S.A. de C.V., (INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SOLUTION DE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. hereinafter referred to as “IBS”) with address at calle Morelos #24, San Jerónimo Tepetlacalco, C.P. 54090, Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico, website https://www.ibsmexico.com.mx/ who makes this PRIVACY NOTICE available to you, the purpose of this is to inform to you, which kind of personal data (“Personal Data”) we could collect from you, how we use and manage them; in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its regulations and guidelines (the "Law").

IBS does not have any technological element enabled to collect information about you such as cookies or web beacons.Our Clients provide Personal Data to IBS, directly, personally and/or business partners, through offices, email, telephone, website, which may include:

Personal Data: Full name; handwritten and/or digital signature; address; email; landline and/or cell phone; and tax information such as the Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).
We understand that the Personal Data of third parties that you provide us already have the authorization of its owner to be delivered and processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Notice and for the following purposes:

The primary purposes applicable to Personal Data (the “Primary Purposes”) will be: (a) identify you as a customer and/or supplier, (b) provide you with the products and/or services provided by IBS (c) prepare documents, contracts, agreements , invoices, receipts and/or documentation related to the relationship; (d); storage; (e) process payments and (f) comply with the contractual terms and conditions that we have established with you, including being considered as "Responsible" about to Personal Data submitted by our clients in terms of the Law.

The secondary purposes applicable to Personal Data (the “Secondary Purposes”) will be: (a) statistical; (b) marketing; and (c) prospecting.

The temporality of the management of Personal Data will be in currency during the provision of services and for an additional period in compliance with Mexican laws, in accordance with article 26 of the Law, which of course you may oppose at any time you consider it prompt.

The confidentiality of Personal Data is protected by administrative, technical and/or physical security measures, we have certificates in international standards for ensuring confidentiality and integrity of Personal Data to avoid damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure, for example, Personal Data is in an internal database, whose administration is through registry logs and whose access is restricted to authorized persons; confidentiality agreements with its staff, among others.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your Personal Data, to oppose their processing or to revoke your consent (“collectively “ARCO Right(s)”). For this, it is necessary that you submit a written request to exercise the ARCO Right addressed to our Department of Protection of Personal Data, located at the address indicated above, or, communicate through email to derechosarco@ibsmexico.com.mx ("application"); must receive in both cases acknowledgment of receipt so that IBS is bound in this regard. This request must contain the following information: your full name; email address to receive notifications; simple copy of your official photo identification, clear and precise description of the Personal Data with thereon to which you want to exercise some of the ARCO Rights; description of any element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data; and signature of the application by you.

In case of requesting the exercise of the right of: (i) Rectification, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that proves and supports the request; and (ii) Access; IBS will provide Personal Data through email and/or by appointment at corporate offices, at IBS's choice.

Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days from the acknowledgment of receipt of the request, the request must be addressed and informed about the origin or inadmissibility of the same by means of a notice sent to the email provided to receive the notification. If your request is appropriate, IBS must make it effective within the following 15 (fifteen) business days, counted from the receipt through email of the origin of your request.

In addition, to the procedure for the exercise of the ARCO Right, you have a period of 5 (five) business days after the date on which your Personal Data was obtained to exercise your right, in relation to the Secondary Purposes to: revoke or express your refusal to process your Personal Data; and/or be included in the "Exclusion List" enabled and proper to IBS that allows us to limit the use and disclosure of Personal Data. For both purposes, just send us the request to revoke or be excluded, which must contain: name (s) and surnames; and email account to respond to your request, it must be addressed to the IBS Personal Data Protection Department, responsible for the protection of your Personal Data, at the following email: derechosarco@ibsmexico.com.mx, receiving acknowledgment of receipt for IBS to be bound in this regard. The acknowledgment of receipt includes proof of revocation and/or registration to the "Exclusion List". "IBS" has a maximum period of 5 (five) business days to respond.

All the documentation must be sent in PDF file format, legible and complete, so that IBS can meet the Request.

In the event of acting through a representative in any of the requests indicated above, you must prove the existence of the representation, by means of a public instrument or power of attorney signed before two witnesses, in the case of, and also send a simple copy of the official identification of your representative.

If you consider that your right to protection of Personal Data has been violated by IBS or you presume that in the processing of your Personal Data there is a violation of the provisions set forth in the Law, you may file your complaint or complaint before the National Institute of Transparency , Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data, INAI (https://home.inai.org.mx/), within 15 (fifteen) days following the date on which you receive the response from IBS or from when the period of 20 (twenty) days from the date of the acknowledgment of receipt of the request to exercise rights expires.

IBS is a company dedicated to providing the following services: (i) Delivery of printing and enveloping services for all kinds of documents and also digital documents, among others; (ii) Generate databases that will be used to deliver the printing and envelope service requested by our clients; (iii) Delivery of letters and various documents to couriers for their transfer to the end user; (iv) Software developments and data designs for the provision of services. Consequently, Personal Data may be transferred to companies dedicated to physical and/or digital messaging, commercial allied companies, within national territory, solely for the aforementioned purposes. Likewise, it may be transmitted to the persons mentioned below: legal, accounting and/or tax advisors, tax authorities and any other that is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which you contacted us.
